Morgan West (Mo)

Yoga has been Morgan’s constant anchor for the past 10 years. She clung to this practice to understand her place in the world at a young age. Growing up as a dancer, she was inspired by mentors who taught yoga as therapy with the goal to deeper understand the inner workings of the mind through movement practices. Her aim is to be your guide. Morgan believes that you know what works best in your body, and that your body in movement is your greatest teacher if you choose to listen. Morgan is passionate about her practice and is always expanding her knowledge. Her latest certification is in the practice of Yin. All of Morgan’s offerings come from the heart and are evident in her teachings. Reach Morgan at moinmotionyoga@gmail.com

Stephanie Welch

Hi, I’m Stephanie! I’m a 500-hour certified yoga teacher (200 hours Kundalini Yoga, 300 hours 26&2) who has been practicing various styles of yoga since 2012. Kundalini Yoga found me in 2017. I was living in very rural AZ and found a Kundalini Yoga class through an online yoga subscription I had at the time. I knew right away I found something very special.

I’m a highly somatic experiencer and I love the somatic experiences of Kundalini Yoga. I appreciate the way the Kryas of Kundalini Yoga provide me the full range of joy, pain, grief, love, fear, forgiveness and all the emotions in between that get trapped in the physical expression of our emotional bodies. I’ve had some very powerful realizations, integrations, and ineffable experiences through Kundalini Yoga. Yoga has been a fundamental part of my own healing journey by giving me a safe space to clear my energetic and emotional bodies so I can fully be in my body and in the present moment.

In 2022, I left my government job and started my own business, By the Grace of Goddesses, facilitating healing arts on the mat and off with a variety of modalities including sound healing, embodiment practices, ceremonies, and Lucia Light therapy technology, and HIIT. Everything I offer are practices that helped me find myself again. I believe that my rollercoaster experience of falling in love with myself helps me to hold rigorous yet compassionate space to encourage you to keep going while giving yourself grace. I’m grateful to have the opportunity to lead others in their practices to achieve their intentions on the mat!
